Payment Policy

For each accepted purchase, the payment methods currently available are the methods displayed in the live checkout. The list can change by destination, device, currency, order value, and provider eligibility.

Authorization and review

In this store customer process, submitting an order authorizes the selected provider to process the stated amount, including applicable tax, shipping, and other checkout charges.

When an order is placed with us, an order can be held, declined, or canceled when authorization fails, billing details do not match, required verification is not completed, the transaction appears risky, or legal and service restrictions apply.

For visitors who become customers, customers should not repeatedly submit the same payment after an error because a provider may show temporary pending authorizations.

Charges and refunds

Throughout our fulfillment workflow, prices and the final payable total are shown before order submission. Currency conversion or issuer fees, when applicable, are controlled by the customer provider.

For requests sent to our store, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The provider determines when a pending authorization is released or a posted refund appears.
